1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

2. SERVICES & BOOKINGS
Appointments: We recommend booking in advance. While we accept walk-ins based on availability, scheduled appointments take priority.
Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings made at our salon.
3. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Your appointments are very important to the team at Hair Cuts At The Palms. They are reserved especially for you.
Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a “No-Show” fee or the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
4. CHEMICAL SERVICE WAIVER
By booking a chemical service (including but not limited to color, highlights, perms, or keratin treatments), you acknowledge that:
Results can vary based on hair history and condition.
You have truthfully disclosed all prior hair treatments to your stylist.
Hair Cuts At The Palms is not liable for adverse reactions or hair damage resulting from undisclosed history or standard application of professional products.
5. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to:
Rude or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients.
Health and safety concerns (e.g., contagious scalp conditions).
Repeated no-shows or late arrivals.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, Hair Cuts At The Palms owns the intellectual property rights for all material on https://www.haircutstown.com/, including logos, images of the salon, and text content. You may not republish, sell, or duplicate this material without written consent.
