Social media is a vital part of the experience at Hair Cuts At The Palms. We use platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to showcase our stylists’ work, provide hair care tips, and engage with our Kendall community. This policy outlines how we handle imagery and digital interactions.

2. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT

Our stylists love to capture “Before & After” transformations.

Verbal Consent: By allowing a stylist to photograph or film your hair, you grant Hair Cuts At The Palms a royalty-free, perpetual license to use the content for promotional purposes on social media and our website.

Right to Opt-Out: We respect your privacy. If you do not wish to be photographed, or if you prefer that your face not be shown in the footage, please inform your stylist before the service begins.

Minors: We will not post photos of clients under the age of 18 without the explicit verbal or written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All photos and videos taken by our staff on salon premises or during salon events remain the intellectual property of Hair Cuts At The Palms. You are welcome and encouraged to share these posts or “repost” them to your own profile, provided you tag our official account or give proper credit.

4. TAGGING & ENGAGEMENT

Client Selfies: We love seeing your “fresh hair” selfies! If you tag @HairCutsAtThePalms (or our specific location handle), you grant us permission to “repost” your photo to our Stories or Feed with credit to you.

Respectful Environment: Our social media pages are a “positive vibes only” zone. We reserve the right to remove comments or block users who post content that is:

5. REMOVAL REQUESTS

If we have posted a photo of you that you would like removed, please email us at info@haircutstown.com or send us a Direct Message. We will review and remove the content within 48 hours.

While we may answer general questions via Direct Message (DM), official price quotes and hair integrity assessments must be done in person at our Kendall salon. Any price discussed via social media is an estimate only and is subject to change based on the actual labor and products required during your visit.
