REFUND & ADJUSTMENT POLICY

1. NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES

At Hair Cuts At The Palms, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the professional training of our stylists. Because hair services involve time, labor, and specialized products, we do not offer cash, credit card, or digital payment refunds on any hair services rendered.

2. OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE (THE “ADJUSTMENT” POLICY)

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not happy with your results, we offer a complimentary adjustment under the following conditions:

Timeline: You must contact the salon within 48 hours of your original appointment to report any issues.

Original Scope: The adjustment must be within the scope of the original service. (Example: If you asked for blonde and it is too brassy, we will fix it. If you asked for blonde but decided the next day you want to be a brunette, that is a new service and will be charged as such.)

Validation: Adjustments are performed at the discretion of management. We may require you to return to the salon for an assessment.

3. RETAIL PRODUCT REFUNDS

We want you to have the right products for your hair at home.

Unopened Products: May be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt.

Opened/Used Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if a product caused an allergic reaction or is defective (e.g., a broken pump), please bring it back within 7 days for a store credit or exchange.

4. GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

Hair Cuts At The Palms is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

5. RIGHT TO REVISE

We reserve the right to deny an adjustment if we determine that the client has altered the hair at home (e.g., used box dye, high-heat tools incorrectly, or attempted a “DIY” fix) after leaving the salon.
