Hair Cuts At The Palms

At Hair Cuts At The Palms, we value your time and the time of our stylists. To ensure we provide the best service to all our clients at The Palms at Town & Country, we have established the following policies:

1. LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that life happens (especially Miami traffic!). However, your appointment is a dedicated time slot reserved just for you.

15-Minute Grace Period: If you are running late, please call us at (305) 596-3171. We offer a 15-minute grace period.

After 15 Minutes: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time to avoid delaying the next client, or we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Rescheduling Fee: If a late arrival results in a reschedule, a fee of [Insert Amount, e.g., $25 or 50%] of the scheduled service may apply.

2. CANCELLATIONS

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client on our waiting list.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of [Insert %] of the service total.

3. NO-SHOWS

Failure to arrive for your appointment without any prior notice is considered a “No-Show.”

First No-Show: You will be charged [Insert %] of the missed service.

Subsequent No-Shows: You may be required to prepay in full for any future bookings. This deposit will be non-refundable in the event of another no-show.

4. SERVICE GUARANTEE

We want you to love your hair! If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours. We are happy to perform a “tweak” or adjustment at no additional cost if it is within the scope of the original service.
